About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 ERP Project Manager to lead end-to-end ERP implementation, upgrade, and optimization projects across Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Business Central (BC), and Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. This role involves overseeing project scope, timelines, budgets, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring successful delivery while aligning with business objectives. Responsibilities:
- ERP Implementation & Management:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O), Business Central (BC), and CRM (CE) projects.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage ERP migrations, upgrades, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Stakeholder & Team Coordination:
- Act as the primary point of contact between business stakeholders, functional consultants, developers, and vendors.
- Facilitate requirement gathering workshops, ensuring a deep understanding of business needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, supply chain, and operations.
- Risk, Budget, and Timeline Management:
- Monitor and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while maintaining quality.
- Provide regular status updates to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
- Change Management & User Adoption:
- Drive user training and change management initiatives to ensure a smooth transition.
- Oversee UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and post-go-live support.
- Ensure best practices in business process automation and system optimization.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience managing ERP projects, preferably Dynamics 365 F&O, BC, or CE.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation methodologies.
- Hands-on experience in business process mapping, solution design, and gap analysis.
- Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications (e.g., MB-300, MB-310, MB-320, MB-500).
- Experience in Azure, Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
- Knowledge of financial, supply chain, and CRM business processes.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or Scrum Master certification (a plus).
